Because our products are perishable, all food sales are final. We will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. When will my order ship?We request 2 business days for order handling, although most orders will ship out the day after your order is placed.

How long will my it take order for my order to arrive?USPS shipments generally take 2-3 business days to travel; with handling time, orders are generally delivered within 5-8 business days. However, we are based in Alaska, so shipping delays may occur.
Do you ship overseas?We do not accept international orders at this time. We do however accept APO/FPO/DPO orders worldwide. If you or a loved one are stationed overseas, please contact email@example.com for more information on our military specials.
My item is backordered?This is very rare, however, due to the nature of our business and the small batch production method of our suppliers, some of the items you're ordering may be out of stock or unavailable to ship immediately. Our inventory management system usually prevents this and unavailable items will be generally marked as sold out. However, in the event of an item backorder, we will contact you immediately to find a resolution.
What if I accidentally provided the wrong shipping address?
If for some reason you the wrong shipping information upon checkout and the order is not shipped, contact us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org
If your order has already shipped based on the incorrectly supplied shipping information:
If the item was returned to our warehouse: then you are responsible for shipping costs associated with re-sending the order to the correct address or
If the order not received: unfortunately we are unable to correct this issue after the items have been shipped.
